Customer service was not helpful whatsoever
3 tellers working and 2 of them are gossiping while they are making the young girl take all the customers. Stood here listening talk shit long enough to find them on Google and write this review.🤗
To this bank, there is always a line there are workers that are always standing around, but never doing anything just today. I spent a half hour standing in line while five workers were talking and one worker was doing their job while there was 15 people in line now as a fortune 500 company like Bank of America is I don’t think they should be treating their customers like this maybe hire more staff I don’t know last time I checked happy customers mean happy business

My wife and I had a excellent visit with Mr. Paul Pena on 12/11/25 to notarize our living trust and some other legal documents. He met with us promptly and was very courteous and professional. In addition to be the public notary, he went above and beyond what we expected - he read through our documents, helped filled in the blanks (such as the dates) and even arranged help from two of his co-workers to serve as witness to our signatures.
