Friendly staff good customer service
If I wanted to do processes through the app I would do that myself. I went in on Tuesday and the teller told me the process I needed to do could no longer be done through the store. Only through the app. Which is a LIE because I called customer care and asked. This used to be my primary bank. Thank God I changed it. I wish I could close my lines of credit because anytime I come here to do anything no one seems to be able to help me.
