My wife and I had a excellent visit with Mr. Paul Pena on 12/11/25 to notarize our living trust and some other legal documents. He met with us promptly and was very courteous and professional. In addition to be the public notary, he went above and beyond what we expected - he read through our documents, helped filled in the blanks (such as the dates) and even arranged help from two of his co-workers to serve as witness to our signatures. This location is comically horrible. You will always wait in line for over 10-15 minutes, always only 1 teller helping customers when there is 3 or more people behind the desk, and staff is always in a horrible mood until they tell you they can’t help you or tell you there is a fee to cash your check, then They are all smiles. If you’re reading this, save yourself the time and go to the one in Bedford. Better people, better service. I wish I could give negative stars
This bank is always run out the money on the ATM, this is suck when you need money and withdraw then ATM tell you that you can’t withdraw your own money. I suggest this bank support to close the door.
