On 1/30/24, this ATM ate my $2100 cash and never deposited it to my bank account. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me on this location, the first time was in 2022. And the 4th time a BOA ATM did this to me. I called the number on the ATM machine, after giving her some info, the representative said they will investigate and if they found I was telling the truth they will issue me the money. I'm giving 5 stars to the Fernanda Caraballo who helped me today, she's not only a competent professional, but she's also very nice and polite. I had many advices from her. The tellers welcomed me with a smile on their face. Such a great vibe!
No evening hours to accommodate people who work during the day and no Saturday hours. If you call about a question the answer service can't help. This is poor service.
