This branch, their managers and employees all need to be replaced asap, I have been trying to use them for 4 years, and during the last 4 years every single visit has been a nightmare, they are no willing, caring or trying to be good at people, I believe they work here far to long and think the bank will close without them, or that they might own something… go to other location or change banks, that’s what I am doing.
With a smile tell me they can not exchange 5 10,s for one's and fives, unless I have an account with them......been exchanging a few years now...
worst experience i've ever had in banking, i have accounts with capital one, chase, and have had accounts with other banks. they managed to deposit my check into my employers account, and were not able to issue an apology, a sorry, or a IT WAS OUR MISTAKE. i had no choice but to close the account and go to Chase.
Great place to bank but a little to far from my house.
