Do you know that you cannot see the recent expenses in your business account credit card through Bank of America app in your phone?! If you call customer service, they cannot help! One more thing, it took 4 months to set up an automatic payment for the business credit card.
Worst service I have had at Bank of America in close to 20 year will be considering other financial institutions for my future financial needs
The main phone number must be false. No one answers. I called for 3 days straight.
Drive thru ATM and ATM located inside the bank rarely work for cash deposit. I’ve lost count of how many times I had to wait in line to simply make a cash deposit. Staff are unhelpful and unwilling.
