So no one works there 3 of 4 atms don't work and the on that does stole $300 dollars from me and after an hour and half of my time i was finally able to get a hole of someone on the phone because no one is ever at the actually bank only to get told i have to wait to get my moneyĀ
No branches ooen near me and ATMs not working. Nobody to call and hold times for customer service over an hour. Then they disconnected me. I no longer recommend Bank of America. They say ā longer than usual wait timesā which means they are not paying staff to take care of their customers.Ā
Bank is closed. Drive through is closed. 1 ATM open and have to wait in line to use it. I have a Merrill account I'd prefer to meet in person but have to talk about banking information over a video conference. What an inconvenience.Ā
Never know wether this place will be open or not. Should just close permanentlyĀ
At least Bank of America is consistent at being awful.Ā
