Horrible customer service from the young lady receptionist/banker. Not 1 teller was available and since they were closing and I was directed to go to the nearest other branch location. I asked if she could double check their staff to make sure I wouldn't waste more valuable gas and time. Why did I ask her that because she immediately let it be known by her attitude that I was asking for too much . I can understand the low rating of this location, so incompetent and unwilling to help the actual inquiry is like they look for a way to decline any request just to avoid doing their job
BofA is not the best, but this branch is a joke. Changing to Truist.
I had a very frustrating experience at this branch. I have Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, so I explained clearly that I needed help printing my account statements and getting the correct number to dispute some unrecognized transactions. Instead of being helpful, the banker who assisted me, Jazmin, was rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional.
