Unfortunately, this bank deserves zero stars. The wait times are horrendous. There is not enough tellers to handle the amount of clientele that banks here. The tellers are slow. One teller tool 45 minutes to wait on 3 people in the line. And why isn't there a drive through option? Just a horrible experience overall.
This review is about Bank of America in general, not this specific location. I owned a home mortgaged by them and a car financed by them. I paid both off with NO late payments ever. I applied for a new loan when my car got totaled because I needed to purchase a new one, Bank of America refused to give me the loan. I closed my bank account with them, and they decreased the credit line on the credit card I have with them. I signed up with Chase and am much happier!
I had the best experience at BofA I could ask for. Sabrina Salort was exceptional with his above par service. She made clear all the doubts I had. She is the epitome of an excellent Business Solutions Advisor. BofA is very lucky to have her on their team! Thank you Sabrina Salort to this top notch experience!
The manager who sat at the desk as you enter the building on 5/9/25 in a blue suit around 10:30am/11:30am does not belong interacting with guests. She was rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. She did not have an interest in answering our questions or providing assistance. She was more interested in peacocking around the building acting as if she was more important than everyone else almost as if she was putting on a show. I have a business account with this institution and I deeply regret it. I am always being harmed by vague answers and system errors that are never resolved. Now, most recently, they made a payment on my account without my authorization. I called several times and now they told me that they would give me an answer in 90 days... Is this a serious institution??? Look for another company to be your partner!!!!
