The worst bank and branch there is, the staff is not friendly at all, the staff is very rude, they don't even say good morning if you have problems. They should stay home because when the customer comes in they should give them a smile and if the customer doesn't know they should teach them and explain why that's what they are there for, to be able to help the customer because one deposits their money in that bank, how rude they areÂ

The women were are so so nice and helpful. They’re friendly, kind, funny, and have great personalities. I’m an anxious person and they made me feel very comfortable as soon as I came in.Â
Unfortunately, this bank deserves zero stars. The wait times are horrendous. There is not enough tellers to handle the amount of clientele that banks here. The tellers are slow. One teller tool 45 minutes to wait on 3 people in the line. And why isn't there a drive through option? Just a horrible experience overall.Â
This review is about Bank of America in general, not this specific location. I owned a home mortgaged by them and a car financed by them. I paid both off with NO late payments ever. I applied for a new loan when my car got totaled because I needed to purchase a new one, Bank of America refused to give me the loan. I closed my bank account with them, and they decreased the credit line on the credit card I have with them. I signed up with Chase and am much happier!Â
