1/2 star if I may. Branch Manager is very unprofessional they give out misinformation to customers. I always leave with a headache. I definitely advise everybody! Take their money elsewhere and find a new bank!

Very Racist staff here. I have a business account with Bank of America and every single time I go into this specific location which is convenient because I live 2 minutes away they and Join the business line the always take other people on the other line and have me waiting there. Then when I join the regular line and there are people in the business line specifically hispanics they have me waiting when it is/was supposed to be my turn next. Very unprofessional.
