Being a customer with Bank of America from 14 years but time to change , deposit a check and they give me a specific day for found be available which it wasn’t true. I had received 3 different days for clear the check. Going to close my account to open with Chase. Worst bank ever.!!!! Customer service is terrible
Came in to withdraw some money from my chime card while also being a BOA account holder at 9:38 03/11, A Spanish lady recommended to withdraw from the atm and I wanted to withdraw from the window. After the transaction I asked specifically to put the funds inside a envelope she put the money on top of the envelope and handed it to me in front of about 5-6 people which I specifically asked not to do.
