Terrible customer service. If I could give it less than one star, I would. The lady at the front desk provides terrible customer service. We waited for an hour and left without being served, and no one bothered to ask us if we needed anything. The last straw was that after waiting an hour, we asked to use the restroom and they refused us. We were going to open a bank account, but given the terrible experience, we decided to go to another bank. 1/2 star if I may. Branch Manager is very unprofessional they give out misinformation to customers. I always leave with a headache. I definitely advise everybody! Take their money elsewhere and find a new bank!
