En esta agencia me siento como en casa voy casi a diario, todo el personal súper amables a excepción de una señora (creo que es la personas de mayor edad en la agencia) que casi siempre está en la puerta que no contesta ni el saludo
Excellent customer service. Every time I go, I am treated very well and leave satisfied with the services. This last time, in particular, I was assisted by Melissa Lopez, who is fantastic—very attentive, professional, and highly competent.
When I walk into any business, I expect to be greeted with a smile and not to be met with confusion and somewhat irritation. Unfortunately, I will have to be switching banks because this is not the first time I'm met with terrible customer service.
