Much better than the Haverhill branch
Great customer service from Terry on a car-related transaction. She carefully listened to what I was trying to do, and walked me through risks and options. She’s why I always use this BofA branch office
I have tried for literally hours ti call this branch. No one ever answers and there is no option to leave a message. No way to treat someone who wants to open an account and deposit home sale proceeds.
I received great service when I went in to deposit checks for my mom. Seeing me standing in line, Teri asked if she could help me, which she promptly did so. While I was waiting for my receipt, another person asked if he could help me. Good experience all around.
