Absolutely awful. Won't let me make a check, and won't let me change any accounts in person. The manager told me to make appointments which aren't available for weeks out while simultaneously helping other customers who just walked in the door with no appointments. Save yourself and your money the headache, every location is like this, too.
After waiting in line for 20 minutes, the teller told us to go to the app instead of helping us. Absolute waste of time and space.
Worst Bank of America location you can ever find. Big unfortunate I dont have any other Bank of America financial center around my shop to go Drive thru never work properly. They always have one person working and others chilling and walking around you even you’ve been in line for 15- 20minutes they don't care . All customers are complaining about same problems but no one cares. Dont even stop by if you dont want to wait over 20minutes to deposit money or whatever.
