I wish I could give this place zero stars. They wanted to place a 9 day hold on a CASHIERS CHECK from a bank down the street even though I had money to cover it in my account. They also refused to verify funds from the issuing bank, who told me this was a simple process. I will be closing all of my accounts but apparently not today because āyou need a banker and none are availableā. Seems fitting . Not a single person in this branch was helpful. Always understaffed. All the drive thru teller windows are now drive through ATMs. Seeing an actual teller takes forever.Ā
This place is always so busy but they always help me all the time .. Austin is the banker that alway helps . He introduced me to the whole team. Got to meet the tellers and the manager and the business person Carlos, which he will help me later down the line for my business . Thank you.Ā
I come to this location every week and the staff is always so nice to me. The manager Nellie is always so helpful she is always running around doing what she can with the staff she has been given. The tellers always make me laugh when I come in i feel like I am part of the team they have. You guys are all great maybe one day your company will give you more tellers . But thank you for all your help..Ā
