Samrat provided an excellent service
I came in with what I thought was a serious problem with a deposit. I was greeted quickly and kindly. Though quoted a 30 minute wait time, seen in about 10. Jasmine listened to my issue and addressed my concerns helping me to see that my issue wasn't unusual and giving me assurances. This was my first in-person banking experience since returning to live in the US a year ago and it was a very good one.
