Had a 12 noon appointment on a Saturday..to open new checking account..was 10 minutes early.."can you come back in a half an hour"Very frustrating..

Awful people, no wonder they are short staffed always. The few that stay are miserable and hate their lives. Any bank in south Lyon is better
Not even worthy of one star. This branch is always understaffed, VERY rude tellers. What should be a quick visit to the bank always ends up being 30 minutes waiting in line. Today just set me over the edge and I will be canceling all accounts with this joke of a banking institution.
