Refused to take my counter check deposit and claimed this has been a policy for 3 years. I literally do this nearly every month without issue. Manager was unhelpful and refused to explain beyond saying they can't take it. They clearly don't want me as a client.
Yara AND Erica were extremely welcoming and helpful during my visit. I needed a cashiers check and I was in and out with a smile on my face. Kindness and attentiveness go a long way!!
The service at this branch is horrible! I feel like I was lied to, and judged by my appearance because I was dressed casual in a plaid flannel and jeans. I've been a real estate agent for years, and I usually wear a suit and tie. I recently closed a transaction and the commission check is from a Keller Williams account with Bank of America. I bank with Huntington, but when I went to cash the check at Huntington instead of depositing it, they said if I want to cash it I should go to a BoA branch, since it's a BoA check.
