This branch is the worst one I’ve ever visited in Michigan. I went in to withdraw cash from my own account, and instead of simply processing my transaction, they started asking me numerous questions. It made me feel like I was under investigation. I don’t believe I should have to explain why I want to withdraw my own money. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. The best team of all, attentive, collaborative, helpful, and always willing to help us
Refused to take my counter check deposit and claimed this has been a policy for 3 years. I literally do this nearly every month without issue. Manager was unhelpful and refused to explain beyond saying they can't take it. They clearly don't want me as a client.
Yara AND Erica were extremely welcoming and helpful during my visit. I needed a cashiers check and I was in and out with a smile on my face. Kindness and attentiveness go a long way!!
