Can someone please tell me whyyyyyy BOA has the huge brick and mortar branch with ONE teller window and a person in the lobby with a tablet approaching customers to prescreen the need for the day. I walk in I see people sitting in the huge waiting area with the executive furniture and two others sitting off to the side with One teller window and a chair like you're a patient at a hospital or doctors office waiting to Register.
