i think this bank has the best customer service they try their best to help you even with out an appointment unlike lancaster location who be doing to much.
Please fix the drive thru banking lane at the end, and make it normal car sized- or put a sign that says “only mini coopers and smaller cars can fit through”. Normal sized cars keep getting chunks of tire taken out from it- only a matter of time where someone has a blowout and jams up the whole drive thru.
Don't be swayed by the negative reviews! I came in to cash checks and the entire staff was pleasant and VERY helpful. Some people have nothing better to do than spew negativity... and it's a real shame. This bank and the people working there are very much appreciated!
