I’ve been coming to this location almost daily for the past 4 years for my work’s business accounts, and all the girls are incredibly sweet and helpful. Andrea, Jenny, and Marh are charismatic, professional, and have exceptional customer service that makes banking a breeze. Don’t let the negative reviews fool you this branch is 10/10!
Dealt with three different ladies and all of them were very rude and would not cash a Bank of America check from a know business. Asked if funds were good was told in around about way yes but wouldn’t cash the check. All three of need to be replaced. Very bad experience and would never go back.
Visit date 04/01/2026 time visit 14:55 pm. Bank teller lady had horrible attitude, she wasn’t trying to help me & my husband deposit our check. Instead she wanted to go to Well’s Fargo bank to cash it out because that check was from Well’s Fargo. That was very unprofessional of her. She didn’t want to look up our mutual account to help us deposit the check. I am customer of bank of america not Well’s Fargo.. so why would I drive down to different bank. The confusion, the attitudes, the errors; I couldn't take it so I closed my account. It was only ever open for less than 2 months so I didn't have to pay for the lesson. I'm grateful for that. If I could see how things could work out, I would have stayed.
The worst service ever. I understand it is the holiday season, but there was one other customer when I was there and I saw four personnels walking around and yet it took almost 50 minutes for me to get assistance. The lady that finally helped me was nice, but I don't appreciate the wait time especially when there was only one other person whom they are serving.
