Had an unexpected charge to my account, it was handled and credited back to my account thanks to Joel A. Was greeted as soon as I walked and helped immediately, had all my issues handled and questions answered.
I spent almost 2 hours tonight with Bank of America Corporate. This last month I have reached out multiple times within my Fort Worth Center and many other centers for help. Tonight on my recorded line, with three different managers. The fourth manager literally hung up on me after two hours. I have been a client for 30 years. One of my accounts in the last 365 days they’ve charged me over $1600 to which they will not account for. I was never informed. True fraud. I was attempting to close all of my accounts. Be careful using your bad words around Elijah! It hurts his feelings so bad he can’t do his job. Imagine being a manager and you can’t handle the way people use there words. Wild. He seems to think people are dogs and will just listen to him because he wears a suit. Absolute disrespect.
