Very unprofessional staff today around 3:30pm
Showed up today and there was no one in the lobby, walked in and saw no one in any offices. Confused, we went in the other building and up the escalator to find a security guard who said downstairs was where we need to be. Went back down and they were walking back out from the back at about 3:40 and so we let them know we were instructed to go to this specific branch and show ID to unlock our card. Nos ofrecieron Valet Parking gratis mientras resolvíamos nuestros asuntos. La banquera Kelly fue nuestra salvación, todo fue muy rápido y eficaz, esperamos volver pronto.
