Card had gotten locked earlier this week and now that I need to buy a bus pass to go to work and pay for my phone I cant do either.... Nobody from customer service numbers can help and now the closest location to me isn't even open to assist me.. now I'm stuck in this loophole of not being able to unlock my card because I need my phone to have service for me to send a code to verify my identity.
