Bad service and bad Stuff
I tried to get help here because BOA is charging me fees every other month. These people are ridiculously slow, 1 lady was there for a wire transfer while manager sat with her for 20 minutes showing her how to do it in the lobby seating. Another customer came in BEHIND me now why would this manager go get someone else to help this person while leaving me still sitting on the chairs waiting!!! She was done with wire transfer lady!
