This is for phone communication. Not only can I not speak with a representative, I can't leave a call back number. It's so disappointing to see you only have a 2.4 rating. I've dealt with Bank of America since it was First & Merchants. My husband worked there until he passed away. No one wants to work these days. You need more tellers, drive up tellers. You definitely need to answer the phone. I have several accounts with you. This is so sad. It's poor customer service.
