I have been a customer at Bank of America for 18 years and they've always been good to me. The watch for scams and hackers trying to get in my account. This day and age, there's alot of scammers. I'm happy with them.
This Bank of America location is absolutely amazing. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help with any questions I have. The personnel are very pleasant, and as helpful as they know how to be I guess. But, I can't say I had the most professional experience start to finish in terms of information. I needed to open a specialized account. When I went in a few weeks ago I was told they were full for the day (which surprised me, I've never not been able to just walk in, but okay, I can deal with that). Had a really great experience at the bank today. Thaylon helped me set up my debit card online and showed me how to check my credit score. He was super friendly, patient, and easy to talk to, which made everything feel simple and stress-free. Really appreciate the help and the great customer service!
