Why do you even have a phone? You can't reach anyone. I called another 5 branches to try to verify funds on a check, when I FINALLY got through to someone at another branch, they couldn't tell me any information since their branch didn't write the check. I've been on the phone trying to reach someone for an hour. This is ridiculous.
This place has really taken a turn for the better, especially with new manager Dominic. I always enjoy seeing Berta and Steven at the walk up. Its a good branch and good customer service.
Awful service. Credit cards are hit and miss. You don't know if they'll approve or decline. U.S. bank instead.
ATMs not working. Bank closed.
I came into this branch to do a deposit not be mistreated, the teller (Jennie Martinez ) is so rude and unprofessional from the way she talks to you, all the way down to the dirty snotty looks and bad attitude she gives the customers. Horrible horrible horrible customer service! seriously thinking of switching banks...better offer Jennie Martinez a class in Customer service.. Jennie must be a very negative and angry person.
