Good bank. Long lines thoughÂ
This bank ATM took over 1000.00 from me doing a deposit. I have spoke with several people over the phone in claims as well in others departments. I waited over 2 weeks for the money to be credited into my account, due to the investigation taking 45 days. Now I check my account and it’s closed. So not only did I have to wait 2 weeks for my money, now I have to wait for a cashier check to be mailed with the money I lost, plus the money that was in my account. The tellers are rude.Â
-star if I could. This place is so not professional. Needs to be shut down. The ATM machines never work! When you go inside the teller is very rude she is the only one at the window most of the time.Â
They never answer the phones for those who have to work. Customer service is even worse. For the 6 months I've been with bank of america it's been a pain. Will be closing my account and continue my services with Wells Fargo.Â
