THIS LOCATION CLOSED. (CROMWELL, CT) I have been a Bank of America customer with multiple accounts for many years. My local home town branch has recently closed. The town I work in, 35 miles away, just closed last week. Thinking about jumping ship very soon. It would be nice for them to reimburse ATM fees from foreign ATM machines, that I am now forced to use.
Awful service. No different treatment for preferred client. And the teller makes no efforts to help. I had to wait in line twice just because I need to get something from the car. And their ATM is broken.
