I went in this branch on 9-17-2026, and they were just about to close and in the front was a friendly and knowledgeable lady by the name of Gena and asked how could she helped me. I told her I wanted to open a new account and she told me they could definitely help me. Which was great because the previous day I attempted the same thing around the same time on a different location (Wallisville and Beltway) and was turn away because they claimed I needed an appointment for that. 1 teller and 2 women who could be working g standing at the desk yapping this is disgustingly the trend at every Bank of America. I will be closing my account. It makes no sense that 1 teller and 10 ppl in line and they just cackling like hens
