One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Marissa was extremely disrespectful and spoke to me in a mocking and unprofessional manner, despite the fact that I am a Bank of America customer. This type of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the branch. Because of this experience, I will never visit the Fairmont branch again. 3/11/26
This place has gone down drastically been whot them for 20 yrs really thinking of changing banks you go in for help and the lady al she can do is tell you to use the mobile app
Rosa and the Team, did excellent job! She made it easy, taught me nrw items/abilities ftom within the banking App, too. Plus, all was done with a serious, lack of Coffee!! But we both pulled thru! Great job, Rosa!! Thank you.
