This place has gone down drastically been whot them for 20 yrs really thinking of changing banks you go in for help and the lady al she can do is tell you to use the mobile appÂ
Rosa and the Team, did excellent job! She made it easy, taught me nrw items/abilities ftom within the banking App, too. Plus, all was done with a serious, lack of Coffee!! But we both pulled thru! Great job, Rosa!! Thank you.Â
This branch refuses to hire any more tellers so there is always just one teller. Even if they are not busy, you will wait in line.Â
There is always a long wait for anything at the Pasadena, Texas location on Fairmont Parkway.Â
I stood in line for over an hour to cash a check from one of their customers. I was standing at the door you come in. One person to help and all drive thrus are closed indefinitely! Wow!Â
