I just want to pay off my mortgage which I wired transferred. It cost $30 to send it with the full payment that was given to me from them. The wire was returned and I was charged $45 dollar with no explanation. I went to the Manchester branch near me to find out what happened and it is closed for update. Went on line. No branches near me. I been on hold for 55 minutes. HELP PEOPLES BANK SPOILS ITS CUSTOMERS
Phone service is terrible all you keep getting is repeated voicemail things to tell you to use your computer. When I finally got to a prop that led me to possible customer service I was told there was extended wait time and then was finally hung up on. Terrible terrible phone etiquette. Can never get a customer service agent to talk to you.
Went in with some questions and they resolved everything quickly. Very friendly and knowledgeable!
