The first time I heard that, I forgot my notary stamp at home. Why do you keep it at home? Been a BOA customer for 10 years - this branch had great customer service when Rishi or Stephen was a manager - Going south now.
I have three business accounts with Bank of America and I have one personal account. This morning I went to the Manchester Connect branch to get twenty dollars in change. They kept me on hold for 15 to 20 minutes and there were no other customers but they wouldn't give me twenty dollars in change. I feel really bad.
useless branch with hours that help NO ONE. If you do make it in there is never more than one teller
I have never been there with adequately staffed teller windows. Over 1/2 hour wait more than once and always a wait. Also short hours. 10-4. Can't go before or after work and lunchtime lines are outrageous.
