HORRIBLE experience almost every time I come in here. Usually just one teller, even when the customer line is long. I walked in today and was 13th in line. I had a simple transaction (one deposit containing 4 checks) but I spent a total of 28 minutes getting this accomplished. There are often other employees standing around while the single teller tries to help all of the customers. It's not clear to me why they can't jump in and help when there are a lot of customers. Horrible! For years I have been using the Glastonbury branch where they pride themselves on their service. I have also used the downtown Hartford branch, and I have never experienced such sloppy service. They have one teller, again, with 12 people in the line and a few people have walked away. I waited in line for 40 minutes. The people of East Hartford deserve the same service as the people in Glastonbury and downtown Hartford. Do better BOA!!

Every time I come in they have one teller and it's a half hour + waiting time in line. Terrible bank experience
I use to not like BofA much but I have been very happy with my branch in E. Hartford. The tellers are all very friendly and efficient. I have been a customer almost 5 years and the only real problem was when the bank would not be open during COVID-19 on occasion. Otherwise very satisfied
