Ms. Khaula Karam did an excellent job helping me roll over my CD. She gave me her business card so I could email her later on to ensure everything was processed properly and we could stay on top of everything. She was friendly, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions.
This location is the worst Bank of America I have ever been to. I am a loyal customer, everything I do is with them. Other locations are great. This location is a dumpster fire. They have long lines, their employees are incompetent, they don't want to help anyone, they want to point you to the ATM, they have the worst "bankers hours" I've ever seen. THEY CLOSE AT 4 AND usually "someone's at lunch right now so we cant help..." they eating lunch at 3pm? And now they're going to send a generic "Please contact support..." respon... read more
Mitzi the girl working the counter left a awful tip, I didn't make a scene but if you work at a bank and order food delivery you should leave a cash tip , shocked to see how people treat other people out here. Just shows how much she takes other people's time and energy into consideration. -5 stars
