Went into cash my paycheck and the bank is closed at 4 o’clock. I work in construction and shouldn’t have to plan to get off early to go and cash my check on a Friday. Bank of America needs to stop worrying about shortening hours and worry about taking care of their Customers. I’m glad I do not have an account with Bank of America. My employer uses them. I had an account years ago and have been completely convinced To never open an account with Bank of America.

Visited this BofA today. Not the traditional branch of a BofA. I was taken aback when I first went in but an employee approach me and assisted me. I have been a BofA customer for over 60 years and I like this new branch.

Ms. Khaula Karam did an excellent job helping me roll over my CD. She gave me her business card so I could email her later on to ensure everything was processed properly and we could stay on top of everything. She was friendly, professional, and was able to answer all of my questions.
