Helpful and efficient client service lately. Noticed improvement the last few times I was inside bank. I think it was the bank manager greeting people and helping them.

The creepy guy who forces you to shake his hand at the front lied to me and said I could get a bank letter online. If you don't know an answer ask someone don't lie.
ZERO STARS. I've been a 40 year BOA client and am more than disgusted with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT You can't call and 30 minutes wasted and this worthless branch and no less, the only branch in the HIGHLY OVERGROWN WESTSIDE of Ocala. ZERO DAMN EXCUSES FOR NO ATM WORKING!!! ZERO DAMN EXCUSES. DON'T EVER CLOSE THE ATMS AGAIN.. YOU SUCK AND YOUR SUPPORT OF BLM AND DEI IS INEXCUSABLE..
