ZERO STARS. I've been a 40 year BOA client and am more than disgusted with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUPPORT You can't call and 30 minutes wasted and this worthless branch and no less, the only branch in the HIGHLY OVERGROWN WESTSIDE of Ocala. ZERO DAMN EXCUSES FOR NO ATM WORKING!!! ZERO DAMN EXCUSES. DON'T EVER CLOSE THE ATMS AGAIN.. YOU SUCK AND YOUR SUPPORT OF BLM AND DEI IS INEXCUSABLE..
On September 17, 2025 we went to open a checking account to this bank and Mr. Edward welcomed us as soon we stepped in, he was very polite and very friendly and gentleman. I want to mention that Diane and Caro helped us to finally achieved the purpose of our visit.
