We were visiting from out of town and set up an appointment to have someone help with My Elderly Uncles accounts. We met with Cecili and was absolutely blown away by her compassion, enthusiasm and willingness to assist. If we lived there She Would be our banker hands down.
Always 100 people in line and 1 sometimes 2 tellers . Very unfriendly staff and atm never works . Both locations in ocala are a joke
they need to hire more tellers at this location. a 45 minute wait in line on a Tuesday is crazy. there was only 1 bank teller working, ridiculous!
Took an hour to talk to anyone
The branch located at 2326 should be held accountable for elder abuse. I live outside the state of Florida and tried calling the branch non stop for the second day. I have contacted the national number and requested someone from the branch contact me (desperately). HORRIBLE to know that no one answers the branch's phone - and NO WAY to leave a message. The holidays are no excuse to negate your customers.
