No one answers phones. I cannot make an appointment with this place to add signers to my nonprofit account. The automated phone system hangs up on you. No way to leave a message or to even hope they will follow up. Basically, they are only available when it's convenient for them. Literally the worse way to run a financial institution.
I have had the same account at this bank since I was 18 years old , when it was Barnett Bank , I am 63 now . I went in today to deposit a check into my account, they wouldn't deposit it because I go by my middle name and not my first name , showed them my ID , they said sorry , the teller lady was rude and nasty , so I asked for the manager, he said the same thing . I am having a difficult time scheduling an appointment to exchange foreign currency. I'm not even sure if they do it or if I even need an appointment. This is very frustrating!
This was my first visit to BOFA on Friday @1 pm . The bank teller ( very nice lady I don’t remember her name) was very nice & helpful. Tim helped me & he was amazing. Very fast & smooth visit . Great job. Highly recommend .
Easy access off main road and back entrance as well. ATM are tucked way back off main road. Clean and nicely designed interior lobby with bathrooms. Friendly and helpful teller.
