I am having a difficult time scheduling an appointment to exchange foreign currency. I'm not even sure if they do it or if I even need an appointment. This is very frustrating!
This was my first visit to BOFA on Friday @1 pm . The bank teller ( very nice lady I don’t remember her name) was very nice & helpful. Tim helped me & he was amazing. Very fast & smooth visit . Great job. Highly recommend .
Easy access off main road and back entrance as well. ATM are tucked way back off main road. Clean and nicely designed interior lobby with bathrooms. Friendly and helpful teller.
We were visiting from out of town and set up an appointment to have someone help with My Elderly Uncles accounts. We met with Cecili and was absolutely blown away by her compassion, enthusiasm and willingness to assist. If we lived there She Would be our banker hands down.
Always 100 people in line and 1 sometimes 2 tellers . Very unfriendly staff and atm never works . Both locations in ocala are a joke
