I had a very frustrating experience with customer service. I went in because I was having issues with my bill, and I was asked to sit down while the representative will help the issue. After about 15 minutes of typing, he simply gave me a phone number to call. When I asked what the number was for, he said it was customer service. That’s something I could have done from home.
