Swati and Erica were both very helpful when I had some confusion about my account. Plus they are both friendly and fun to talk to, especially Swati who has shown such interest in my whole family and how my daughters are progressing in their careers. I'm old school and still enjoy coming into a bank and interact with people instead of doing everything online.

The new ATMs are difficult to use. I recently used the drive up ATM to get cash. I drive a 22 Ford Explorer, not a particularly tall vehicle. The ATM was mounted extremely low. It was difficult to reach the buttons to enter my pin. Opening to collect my cash is so mall and so low to the ground that I could only get two fingers in ( not my thumb) to grab the cash. And because the opening is so small the money was knocked out of my grip and landed on the ground under my vehicle. I had to pull forward and get out of the car to ... read more
