I went into the branch to change my card's PIN, but they didn't have any staff available. They told me I had to make an appointment to change my PIN, even though it only takes three minutes to change it in the system. They didn't help me at all. Terrible service.
The people at the bank are wonderful and helpful. My problem is with the telephone service I just received in which five different people kept me on the line for almost an hour without resolving the issue that they all clearly acknowledged I was having with the online banking app and leaving me with no recourse except to complain about them on social media, which often gets their attention.
