So recently I have had business with this west michigan branch. It remains my choice when banking. I have been a customer for over 15yrs here and always been well treated and recieved excellent customer service. The Branch manager and the Bankers have always been great. I do have 2 that stand out and one has worked with me on multiple occasions Tiara friendly and professional every time! More recently Judy with same results professional and strong customer service. Thank you
I needed to deposit a check today, July 18, 2025, and because of my Latino appearance, they told me no and that I couldn't deposit it in the ATM either. They weren't professional. They shouldn't work there. The people treated me very badly.

My brother is being scamed ... so we went to get bnk statements to dispute all the charges !!
