Another complaint about Michael, the manager who turned out to be an assistant manager, who flat out refused to cash a check drawn from Bank of America. I request to notarize some documents. Bank teller rejected to notarize documents which they can do. But he rejected it. I will soon close 4 to 5 accounts which me and my family have with them. I will change to chase accounts.
