I have been with Bank of America since 2007 and been to various branches in other states. This is truly a wonderful location with great staff, especially Dana, Michael and many other staff whom I cannot recall their names but all had lovely smiles every time I visit the branch. I don't normally like going to banks, but this place makes me feel comfortable and welcomed for all my banking needs. Highly recommend!
We need another ATM at the drive-thru.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. Had a check written out to myself and my twin brother as a refund for our apartment security deposit. Gabby refused service stating we had to open a joint account but wouldn’t let us open one as she said it was by appointment only and the bank was empty nobody was in there at the time. Mind you (my brother has had an account with Bank of America for several years) refused to let us speak with a manager, wouldn’t provide last name or an opportunity to file a grievance.
