ATM broke and the staff was absolutely useless. Don’t go here if you expect basic customer service
Such a giant bank with one service desk. Walked in and waited for 30 min and nobody even cared to ask what I needed. Definitely will be moving banks. There’s a reason this place got 3 stars.
No privacy when doing transactions. Several times now I have been at the one window, and a manager will stop the teller and have them process another person's transaction. That is a lack of privacy for the other customer too. I commented today that I wanted privacy during private financial matters the manager seemed annoyed. This place has no Saturday hours. Half the time the drive up atms dont have cash. I will just go to Avon or switch banks altogether
Absolutely love this bank! The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions I have. The atmosphere is welcoming, and I appreciate how quickly they process everything—definitely my favorite banking experience!
Everyone is very helpful and nice.
