I write this review in the hopes that you make some changes.... I came to cash a check from Autonation. I was advised this was impossible due to the 'Type of Account' with the teller, and her manager, both looking at a screen and confirming with each other that it was impossible. I went to 3 other banks before calling Autonation back and hearing that this was in fact wrong. I went to the St. Michael's branch where the teller only asked for a 2nd form of ID and charged me $8 to cash the check and I was on my way. While at Rod... read more
Made a appointment, they couldn't find me, teller refused to help me unless I downloaded an app to "make it easier" didn't end up liking the personality of the man, this bank could be better, no harm done tho there's dozens of other banks it just sucks they wasted my time. Could be organized they didn't send me a email or text just told me to show up, frustrating....Â
