I’ve been periodically using this branch for over 7 years now because it’s closest to me and I pass by it regularly. Ive never had any issues with parking, or using the ATM, as others have mentioned. There are times when it seems like there’s a plethora of staff (almost in excess), and times when it’s the bare minimum. Regardless, at any given time Ive always been treated with respect and courtesy. There's almost always a line when I go. It may be because I go around the time they open. At other banks, I was able to see someone about my account right away. At this branch you have to make an appointment. There have been days that they aren't open when they were supposed to be, with no notice or signage, etc. The ATM doesn't work or have enough money some of the time. It's not my favorite bank or branch, but I walk, so I have no other options. Other than a different bank all together!Â
