Made a appointment through their own dumb app and i drive the hour 30 to come and they proceed to tell me i dont have a appointment why allow us to do the appointments through the bank app if its not going to work id rate zero stars if i could so glad i switched banks if you need a good and reliable bank go anywhere but here!!!

I've been calling this place trying to get ahold of someone for 3 weeks now, no answer. They don't answer their phone from what I've read on other reviews. I've never seen this from any financial institution before. When I did get a hold of someone I had to trick the system and go throught it like I was doing regular banking through their automated system.
