I have never heard of something so ridiculous in my life, not open on Saturdays and hours are from 10-4 on the weekdays. And don’t respond back saying go on the mobile app. Some people did not grow up in that technical era and don’t feel comfortable doing that!! Wow customer service has completely disappeared in this country. . Shame on you Bank of America!!!

this location is horrible..the drive thru is not open so you have to go inside. only one person working the counter checking people out. i have been there multiple times and only 1 person working. come on Bank of America this is a well known bank and many customers for a busy city. you have to stand in line around 30 minutes waiting..what, you cant afford to hire more people for your bank? avoid this location if you can..
