It doesn't matter which location you go to at any Bank of America regardless your ATMs are trash and they never freaking work it's a very big inconvenience every time to pull up at the ATM and it never freaking works
I have been a customer with bank of America for over 20 years, last week I really needed to talk to a customer service person because someone opened up a Netflix with my phone number and said they was going to take over 400.00 out of my account and I called my bank and was on hold for over an hour and they didn't even do a call back and I got mad and I hung up. I was wire transferring money internationally to my fiancée in the Philippines, I had a appointment with Kathleen kempher, she refused to assist me, in all aspects of my guilty verdict with Bank of America, I was visited by the Clarksville police department, had my account frozen, 3 days later unfroze my account, went to the bank trying to cash a check, was told account was closed, went 15 days no money, received a call from a manager to go to the bank and get my money.
