Update 3pm went in the afternoon 1 teller long line and i told the manger going to the ft Campbell location from now on and corporate needs to come in and restructure this location.the teller left and was gone 4 minutes leaving the entire lobby and teller window unoccupied.this location is a joke people in parking lot were actually leaving saying they were going to the other location as well
Love bank of America but my has no drive through
I've had nothing but issues at this bank location.i posted a negative review and it seems it was taken down so I'll just say I had a bad experience at this location and leave it at that
Don't try calling this place, NOBODY ever answers the phone unless your happy talking to a robot. Go to this location, there is one teller and 3 seperate people (just standing around) come up to you and tell you to use the ATM... Very frustrating...
