I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Bank of America branch. The banker and the manager were both incredibly rude and unprofessional. As an international student on an F-1 visa, I know my tax status, and I was shocked when they insisted I was a Resident Alien (RA) and argued with me about it. F-1 students are Non-Resident Aliens (NRA) for tax purposes during the first 5 years, but they continued to insist they knew my status better than I did, claiming they do this for all international students. I am truly disappointed in the professionalism at this location. This is the second time I visited and heard loud disagreement coming from the back. The first time was a little less than two months ago. I could tell the teller, Reggie was trying his best to focus on my business. He continued to hold a conversation to distract me.
