I’ve had a frustrating experience with Bank of America. Customer service is very inconsistent, and every time I visit or call, I end up dealing with new staff who aren’t familiar with my situation. I have to explain everything from the beginning, and I often get different answers from different representatives. Wait times are long, and issues rarely get resolved in one visit.
