Nice and competent staff
terrible customer service , the lady that is helping clients has long conversations with the clients and talking about her personal life while clients with appointments are waiting
Eterna espera nunca soluciona; Very inefficient people working there
Avoid this place if you don’t want to have to wait over an hour before anyone can sit you down to address anything with your account! I came to wire money and I’m still sitting here after being here for over an hour and only 1 person in front of me when I came in! It seems as if they take there sweet time to make people reconsider and hopeful that we all leave and they won’t have to work! There are 4 people in the lobby 2 people behind desks and I am currently still sitting here!
