How your security guard say we can get in because all employes still in a 1:30 hour break eating? That’s ridicoulous
Everyone seems very friendly but Extremely slow service! Multiple “helpers” talking to each other for extended periods of time but not calling on anyone waiting. There are 3 people when I got her waiting for help and there are 2 still waiting and I have been her an hour… There are only 3 people at desks to help and 1 went on break, one is just walking around talking to others and one is actually with a customer.. terrible customer service , the lady that is helping clients has long conversations with the clients and talking about her personal life while clients with appointments are waiting
