Took my nephew to open a checking account on August 5th and found out they no longer issue debit cards immediately. However, Mr James Moore assured us that my nephew would be able to use his card virtually through Apple Pay. We were told that by the next morning the card could be downloaded would be able to access funds. Did not happen. Apparently this is not the case for new accounts and Mr James Moore is unaware of bank policy and procedures. He told us the physical card would arrive by Friday and again, did not happen. this location had change a-lot in a good way. everybody were very nice and helpful( morning shift) specially when you go to a bank stress and they treat you with kindness. the blonde lady in the front she was helping me first was very nice, even thought i rise my voice a little to her and she was still helping me with kindness. i wish every bank of American can have a lady like her. she was quick and to the point. she them transfer me to speak to a young man named James. a black lady working in the front was also telling jam... read more
