I usually receive a survey following an appointment with a bank employee but I didn't so I want to give Maria Sanchez a big THANK YOU. She went above and beyond to assist me dealing with my issues regarding me creating a Trust. She is always smiling and helpful. This is why I stay with BofA.
Every teller in this branch is wonderful! Except Pamela. She's not friendly. Its like you are bothering her. Terrible customer service manners. Dies not smile. No, "hello", nothing. Like age hates people and ger job. Everyone else at this site, is WONDERFUL! HELPFUL! PLEASANT!. If Pamela did work here, I would give a 10. I come in very often fo business deposits, and dread when she has to take care of me!
