Well the tellers inside are great but when u go outside to the drive thru atmosphere u have very lil room to get through, our truck does not fit in the drive thru. We always have to park car or truck its meant for compact cars.
Long wait in line inside during lunchtime w only two tellers, but I guess this is to be expected. The two tellers they had were personable and efficient.
I waited a few days to post this but the lady had poor customer service when I tried to cash my check from a car accident. She almost didn’t give me MY check back I had to ask for it back. I am so glad I do not bank with BOA. My bank would have cashed it but with a high fee. I felt targeted by that lady. I understand there’s a thing called check fraud but there’s a way of going about it. The way they treated the non native english speakers was horrible.
