Just got done with my third visit to Bank of America to resolve an issue with my new checking account. I would highly NOT recommend them for even your basic financial needs. Thought I would give them a shot on a promotion and it was so not worth the time, effort, and the customer service that was provided.
I opened 2 business accounts with BOA recently and for no apparent reason, they closed BOTH accounts and have KEPT MY MONEY - $10,000 - since the closure. They won't give me any reason, nor will they release the funds, nor will they tell me when I can expect to receive MY MONEY. What type of bank does this?
