Under staffed causing severe delays any time of day, forget drive through!
The worst experience ever depositing a few checks. Will be sure to use another location. The gal made it most difficult. I have never had such an issue with a branch. Spoke to the branch manager and it seems as though things are going to be it will be resolved there so we might give him another chance great branch manager there
One ATM!! Won't accept cash deposits most of the time. Why not two ATM's like the others. Always a line to get to the one ATM!
The "one" ATM they had ate my debit card and when I went inside to get a new one the teller was less than understanding and not helpful at all! I'll be sure to use the branch at 540 folly rd instead also this location is closed on Saturday unlike the 540 folly rd location which is open until 1pm.
