Staff was incapable of completing a single check deposit. I went to another branch and had no problems.
I had the worst experience with this branch. I wanted to make an international transfer and made it in person at Mill Walley Bank of America Financial Center on March 15. We took all the steps and I approved the transaction. Today it is March 21 and my money hasn’t been transferred yet. My recepient is still waiting for the money and the amount still shows in my account. I am calling the branch, no answer. Very frustrating.
I am not a B of A customer. However, they helped me depositing into a relative's account quickly. I was very pleased with the service level. - Thank you!
