Staff was incapable of completing a single check deposit. I went to another branch and had no problems.

I had the worst experience with this branch. I wanted to make an international transfer and made it in person at Mill Walley Bank of America Financial Center on March 15. We took all the steps and I approved the transaction. Today it is March 21 and my money hasn’t been transferred yet. My recepient is still waiting for the money and the amount still shows in my account. I am calling the branch, no answer. Very frustrating.

I had a terrible experience trying to open a new bank account at the Mill Valley branch of Bank of America. I wasted so much time there, only to find out that their system simply does not work. They couldn't upload my documents, and I felt completely frustrated and disappointed. I expected a smooth process, but instead, it was a huge hassle. I will definitely not be returning to this bank. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
