If I could rate this a zero I would. Atms never work. They have failed to send me a debit card for my personal account three times. I should pay a monthly service fee for this? Absolute joke, avoid at all cost.
The tellers are great, but management at this branch is so openly hostile every time I walk in. The last time I was here a manager asked me pointedly why I had come in, and when I told her to withdraw cash she asked if I knew about ATMs in a very snotty tone. I told her it was for more than the ATM limit and she walked off in a huff. …Sorry for using the bank?

The staff is nice & very helpful, I just don't understand why this branch closes at 4pm! That's insane to me.
