Absolutely uneducated, incompetent person name Paula wasted my time feeding me false information about my blocked card. Zero help from her just very bad attitude. Got manager to help me and everything was set up in 30 seconds. Paula should not be allowed to deal with customers money. It’s scary when people like that have access to your account. Anyway I did file official complaint to corporate so fingers crossed they will do something about it. In meantime my dear friends from JI please be careful who you talk to at the bank

*Update* It has been two months since I left this review, and Andrew made a point today to aggressively berate me about it. Speaking over the teller who was trying to help me, confirming my first and last name, loudly telling his coworkers about my review, and saying how unprofessional I am for it.
