I had an amazing experience with Felix helping me with my small business account. He took me out of line to his office and walked me through how to handle the situation I was having that no one else could figure out. He is patient, kind, funny, and genuinely cares about my business. I am looking forward to banking with Felix in the future.
I've been with Bank of America 20 years with a corporation (multiple business banking accounts) and I've been to over 10 branches. I wasn't impressed with this one today and disappointed with my experience. I don't understand what happened. I had an appointment but when I arrived it's like they didn't even know I was coming. Stay away at all costs- especially if you are a small business. They will closer your accounts, leave your money in limbo, and offer no help. True evil.
