I highly recommend the banker, Tracy Le. She is very kind and extremely patient in addressing our questions and concerns. I will definitely reach out to her again if I need any assistance in the future.Â
I opened an account today, during my lunch hour, (as I work Monday-Friday from 9-5:30pm) and I was very satisfied with the service. My banker was Tracy, I highly recommend her. She had great customer service and was understanding of my return time for work. She was really cool and above all, helpful. She opened my checking, savings, and even offered to schedule an appointment to discuss my future (retirement savings) which I really appreciated. Overall, I was very happy with her service!Â
