Brenda Liz and Eliza were incredibly helpful and attentive to us after our designated advisor, Sem, chose to take his lunch break at the time of our appointment. We did not feel comfortable continuing our appointment with Sem, as this oversight did not give a vote of confidence to handle our sensitive documentation. We asked if Brenda Liz could take over the case. She went above and beyond to ensure that our paperwork was correctly processed

Eu acho o melhor banco dos eua, principalmente para brasileiros...o banco bloqueia td hora por segurança, mas o atendimento da agência eu acho excelente I think it’s the best bank in the U.S., especially for Brazilians. The bank blocks transactions all the time for security, but I find the branch service excellent.

Appearantely Candice does not know people can deposit checks into someone's bank account using there name to deposit a check, without a account #...She blatantly told me i could not deposit it. I told her I've deposited at several other locations with my ID, a check and a name to check the account of what I deposit into using the name, oh she cant do that because she cant check transactions if the owner is not present.
