Eu acho o melhor banco dos eua, principalmente para brasileiros...o banco bloqueia td hora por segurança, mas o atendimento da agĂŞncia eu acho excelente I think itâs the best bank in the U.S., especially for Brazilians. The bank blocks transactions all the time for security, but I find the branch service excellent.Â

Appearantely Candice does not know people can deposit checks into someone's bank account using there name to deposit a check, without a account #...She blatantly told me i could not deposit it. I told her I've deposited at several other locations with my ID, a check and a name to check the account of what I deposit into using the name, oh she cant do that because she cant check transactions if the owner is not present. âI was having an issue with my business account and had already gone to another Bank of America, where the manager herself said she couldnât help me. When I came to the Bank of America on Dr. Phillips today, Brenda immediately offered to help and solved my problem, in addition to being super friendly. For the third time I go to this branch and their internet and system is down. I made an appointment and lost time and money. Waited for over 30 minutes and the internet was down no body was able to help. Heard customers complaining that this happens all the time.Â
