Worst branch to deal with. They claim to be low-staffed due to call outs or sick employees, but how about hiring more people that can help with opening accounts? I’m waiting 2 consecutive days on ONE person to help me with doing just that. I guess if one day they had not enough staff that would be okay, but the following day? No, that’s a problem on this branch not hiring enough workers. Terrible.
IDK, this one’s a little tough for me. I like this branch but I had my entire day planned out only to get stuck here for about forty five minutes because they couldn’t access their safe to get my money. I was thanked for my patience, but that’s like saying “we’d like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to waste your time. Oh! And btw there’s nothing we’ll do to make up for it. Come back soon!” 🙄
I was deeply dissatisfied with the actions of the bank branch manager, who engaged in a dishonest conversation with me. The manager falsely informed me that I was unable to cash a check due to an excessive limit. I subsequently visited a different bank, where my check was successfully cashed. I find it unacceptable to be deceived about a transaction that could have been easily resolved.
The ATMs at this location are never filled. I am allegedly allowed to use my EBT card to withdraw money but my card is no longer accepted here. It's the same card and I've been able to use here before. Another time, my EBT almost got stuck inside the machine. I tried to call the phone number on the ATM to report what happened. Cone to find out, they'll only help if the card is from BofA. Thank God my son was with me or I would have lost EBT card.
All I need to say is the worse costumer service I've ever experienced in a bank, I came here for help and the lady was really rude I left after speaking to her for less than a minute... Ladies if you are so unhappy with your job please look for something else
