They do a good job, lines aren't too long when its busy.
Tellers are nice it's just unfortunate how understaffed they are seemingly at all times with only 1 maybe 2 people helping these long lines. Feels like I have to put aside a whole hour just to cash a check sometimes.
Worst branch to deal with. They claim to be low-staffed due to call outs or sick employees, but how about hiring more people that can help with opening accounts? I’m waiting 2 consecutive days on ONE person to help me with doing just that. I guess if one day they had not enough staff that would be okay, but the following day? No, that’s a problem on this branch not hiring enough workers. Terrible.
IDK, this one’s a little tough for me. I like this branch but I had my entire day planned out only to get stuck here for about forty five minutes because they couldn’t access their safe to get my money. I was thanked for my patience, but that’s like saying “we’d like to thank you for giving us the opportunity to waste your time. Oh! And btw there’s nothing we’ll do to make up for it. Come back soon!” 🙄
