I’ve been BofA member for 13 years, I was there to open an account for my mother today. Front desk guy was very kind and helpful, but the lady who was supposed to help us did everything she can to not to. First she took a long break for about 40 minutes which I can understand maybe it was her break time, even tho I had an appointment stating time 12-1pm. then I asked the front desk, he went out to call the lady back.
