Every interaction at this Branch is arduous and takes longer than it should. A teller once even required an ID to make a cash DEPOSIT of under $50 that the ATM wouldn't take because the bills were crisp and sticking together. It's worth the drive to visit any other branch.
Employees at this branch are beyond horrible. After having the same checking account since 1982 - banks changed but my account went with them - I am going in today to take my money out and go to a better bank. Doesn't help that 3 of the employees there don't speak English. Including the manager. This branch should be closed. Seems to be a training ground for new employees so no one knows anything. Even something as simple as a withdrawal
A nice guy greeted me, but the teller was dismissive and rude. I had to repeat what I was asking for 4 times because it seemed like she didn't bother to listen. Been banking with BofA for over 20 years and just wanted to withdraw my money.
