I rarely gave 1 star for poor services, but I don't think this person at cashier desk deserve anything better. There is still 1.5 hours to theclose time, I was told to come back tomorrow because there was only 1 person at this location could do the foreign exchange services, and that person was busy at the time, and that employee "might have other appointments after serving her current client." Unhelpful. Refused to let me DEPOSIT money into my wife's account since I didn't know her account number. I even had her ID in hand, but they again refused. In a previous encounter, they were unable/unwilling to help my wife with her account because "a green card is not one of the IDs they accept." Bank localÂ
Trying to do and find Bill Pay is ridiculous. The hoops I have to jump just to pay a bill.Â
