This used to be my go-to Bank of America branch for my business banking, and I've come here many times over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The the employee at the door assisted me was rude with an unpleasant stare, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I asked straightforward questions related to my business account and was met with attitude instead of support.
