This used to be my go-to Bank of America branch for my business banking, and I've come here many times over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing. The the employee at the door assisted me was rude with an unpleasant stare, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Lilienne Lawson helped me a lot with what I needed coming to BoA today. It’s my first time visiting and she gave me a very good impression of the branch and BoA in generally. She’s supportive and knowledgeable. I’m very glad to have her helping out today
I had a very good experience visiting this branch to set up a credit card for my son.
I rarely gave 1 star for poor services, but I don't think this person at cashier desk deserve anything better. There is still 1.5 hours to theclose time, I was told to come back tomorrow because there was only 1 person at this location could do the foreign exchange services, and that person was busy at the time, and that employee "might have other appointments after serving her current client."
